The Princess and the Goblin
I continue to meander through the works of George MacDonald with The Princess and the Goblin, which was a decided improvement over last week's book.
While we're on the subject of fairy tales, if you missed the announcement earlier, my fairy tale Sister and Bones is up at Demeter's Spicebox. Not to brag or anything - ok, well, bragging - but initial readers have called it "breathtaking," "gorgeous," and "wrenching," words that warm my little heart.
