Damn it.
On the bright side, the new refrigerator has arrived and been safely installed. On a related note I never want to be in the vicinity of a refrigerator delivery again. But refrigerator is shiny and new and a bit larger than the old one and, most importantly, COLD. So this is all good.
On the considerably less bright side, I've just received word that my trike of awesomeness is being recalled.
During the recall/getting new trike period I am going to be without personal transportation once again. Which, based on previous occurrences, is going to drive me bonkers. It's not that I use or even can use the trike much in the summer, but not having it available is.....auugh. I'm not exactly sure when I'll be returning the trike -- not this weekend, since I need to go when the bike store is relatively empty -- but probably Monday or Tuesday, assuming that we are not facing torrential downpours from the system currently lazily wondering if it should get its act together down by the Yucatan, which has already sent some massive rain this way this afternoon.
