And alas, although this sounds like a great starting point for a fantasy story, in the real world, this was less a start to a tale of magic and adventure and more an unnecessary delay in the coffee making and coffee drinking process.<br /><br />Addendum: this is precisely why we are considering limiting kitty access to the balcony.
