World Fantasy Con Thursday morning

Still on phone, so again, truncated.

Good things: mountains, roses, people-have already caught up with friends and met amazing people, Mysterious Galaxy booksigning.

Hideous thing- the hotel. The disabled access to the cafe yesterday was LOCKED up, I cant go directly anywhere, I cant get into my room without assistance and now that im here needing to rest they are hammering and running power drills.. Feeling sick. Will probably head out in a bit to see if anyone can take me for food.

After lunch, which was awesome, I felt sick, which was not so awesome. Came back to rest in the room, to find that the banging and maintenance was still going on down the hallway amd and would be until late this afternoon. And tomorrow.

I do not believe this.

So. I am now in the fourth room of this hotel so far, waiting for them to retrieve my cell phone cjarger. Hopefully this will be the last room, but regardless I will be checking out sunday.

While I am waiting for the hotel to bring me my next set of keys and my cell phone charger two points:

A) Marvelous things have been happening between the hotel nightmare and I will blog about them later when I am not typing on a phone.

B) for the record, I have stayed at some...interesting places. I'm usually not too picky - I'll chat about a certain Kyoto stay and an Amsterdam stay later. So.

Ok. Keys have arrived; going to try to rest for a bit.
