I have no problems with picking up packages or mail at a post office location. That's fine.
But the post office needs to be one that I can reach.

The post office will supposedly be making another attempt to deliver the certified letter to me tomorrow. That's nice, but I don't appreciate that my options are "post office I can't physically get to without assistance" or "wait at home for a second delivery attempt since the first one went so well."
Meanwhile, the status of the package is unknown, and getting investigated.
